Welcome to the IHS Employees Discussion Forum

This group exists for discussion of WRSU IHS employees' thoughts, concerns, celebrations and whatever doesn't easily fit into our formal business email and other communication systems.

It is a place for unfettered, frank discussion but is not a forum for anonymous slander or character assassination.

The idea is to make this a place where you can vent about things and then take them to the next level by proposing solutions.

We hope that this can become a community outside of the formal network that can be both supportive and informative.

Thanks to Phill for designing this website for all of us to use. IHS provides a scope of healthcare services, equal to non in the State of Wyoming! We are the cream of the crop! We need to remember that as we continue to meet the challenges of 2008! So, take a deep breath, continue to do a good job at work, show respect for your fellow employees, and it will be less difficult to deal with changes of the future! Abolish negativity!

I enjoyed our brief blog experience at work, but it did get a little intense. I'm glad to see you started this, Phill, and I hope to be a polite parTicipant...

I like the idea of a blog site and hope it catches on. The last time we had some potentially meaningful blogging beginning at work it was squelched -- which may have been a good thing, or not. It got pretty emotional and there were some misunderstandings, as there can be in a print medium. Hope this takes off in a good direction.
